My Story

I started with a small trading desk, a borrowed table and an uncomfortable amount of certainty that effort alone would be enough. It wasn’t. The first five years taught me that revenue is easy to admire and hard to keep.
What changed everything was treating decisions as the product. Once I began writing down why I was doing something before I did it, the businesses stopped depending on luck and started depending on process.
